Donna Karlin CEC, Diplomate IABMCP, is a behaviouralist, communications specialist and head of the Advisory Board for INSPIRIT International Communications. Founder of ‘A Better Perspective®’, Donna has pioneered the internationally acclaimed specialized methodology of Shadow Coaching® with global political and senior organizational leaders. Through her unique approach, Donna works with clients to achieve individual and organizational excellence. She is an author, lectures internationally, is Past President and current Dean for The International Consortium for Coaching in Organizations, and on the coaching team of SupporTED, supporting TED Fellows.

Donna’s work has been written up in Fast Company Magazine, The National Post (Financial Post), The Globe and Mail, The New York Times Business Section, The Boston Globe, Personal Success Magazine, as well as in numerous online articles. Her critically acclaimed book, Leaders: Their Stories, Their Words - Conversations with Human-Based Leaders™ was recently released fall, 2011.

She is certified in Organizational Psychology with a focus in Executive Coaching by The Professional School of Psychology and certified as a Diplomate in Professional Coaching by The International Academy of Behavioral Medicine, Counseling and Psychotherapy.

She has a proven track record in developing sustainable leadership.

 

Tuuli Sauren is an Art Director and Designer and founder and principal of INSPIRIT® International Communications, with many years of experience in the designing of logos, brochures, magazines, corporate images and global campaigns. Her specialties are Art Direction and design for corporate identity and branding, campaign planning and development, logo design, magazines, books, reports, web based communications and social media.

Amongst other clients she has undertaken design work for Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), World Health Communication Association (WHCA), World Health Organization (WHO) Headquarters, WHO Regional Office for Europe, International Catholic Migration Commission (ICMC), and European Free Trade Association (EFTA). Former clients include Boole & Babbage Europe and Metsa Serla among others.

Tuuli has an advertising agency background, including MacCann Ericson and JW Thompson.

She is an advocate for sustainable business models, copyrights issues and working conditions of the designers, with her Sustainable Designers Initiative. This workshop supports this Initiative.
